AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove in-home experiences while pursuing uncapped commissions and top earnings up to $100,000. You’ll work independently at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, complete Wi‑Fi assessments and ensure customer satisfaction.

You’ll join a training‑driven team serving Allen, TX and surrounding areas, with paid training, ongoing coaching and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of background check, drug screening, and MVR.

Responsibilities
