Best Buy is seeking an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install, integrate and troubleshoot tech products in customers’ homes. You’ll partner with Geek Squad Agents and other teams to meet Best Buy’s annual initiatives and customer needs.

The role involves advising customers on lifestyle solutions, handling a range of fulfillment duties, and sometimes leading two-person jobs or working independently. Emphasis on safety, driving, and timely service.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.

Aufgaben

• Advise on lifestyle product solutions and fulfill on recommendations.
• Deliver, install, integrate, network and troubleshoot consumer electronics devices.
• Lead two-person jobs or perform work solo.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork and safety compliance.
