Best Buy is seeking an In-Home Installation Technician to deliver, install and troubleshoot tech products in customers' homes. You will discuss lifestyle needs, recommend solutions and ensure a seamless experience alongside Geek Squad teammates and service partners.

Qualifications

• 6 months of consumer electronics delivery, installation, integration and troubleshooting experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid drivers license.
• Ability to lift weight up to 75 pounds solo, 150 pounds with a team, and up to 250 pounds with assist.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless customer experience by advising and fulfilling on lifestyle recommendations.
• Perform delivery, installation, integration, networking and troubleshooting of consumer electronics devices.
• Lead two-person jobs and perform other work solo as needed.
• Manage inventory, vehicle maintenance, paperwork and safety compliance.
