Job summary

Best Buy’s Geek Squad Installation Helper helps customers at their homes with delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of electronics, while supporting the team on integration and setup. The role focuses on customer experience and hands-on service in home environments.

You will work solo or with a partner, assist with inventory, paperwork, and in-store repairs, and contribute to training and feedback across store teams to ensure smooth home visits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift up to 75 lb alone or 150 lb with a team (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Advise on product placement and provide recommendations.
• Work independently or in a two-person team.
• Manage inventory and vehicle maintenance with other agents.
• Process paperwork and payments.
• Provide feedback and training to store teams and complete in-store repairs.
