Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes. Earn uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures. Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• You’ll connect with existing customers daily using scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
• You’ll close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• You’ll use strong negotiation and communications skills to make the sale and build rapport with customers.
