Job summary

New Horizons Rehabilitation, Inc. seeks an In-Home Support employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach individual goals. You may help with household tasks, personal care, and community activities, ensuring safety and dignity.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and completion of First Aid/CPR training; background checks and TB tests are standard. 2nd/3rd shifts with differential pay apply.

Qualifications

• Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification.
• Background report and driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach individual goals.
• Help with household management tasks (meal prep, laundry, cleaning).
• Support physical needs (grooming, eating) and community participation.
