Job summary

New Horizons is seeking an In-Home Support employee for the 2nd shift in Batesville, IN. You will assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals, providing compassionate, patient care in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach individual goals.
• Assist clients with household tasks (meal preparation, laundry, cleaning and decorating).
• Assist with physical needs (grooming or eating) or community needs (participating in events, hobbies, recreational activities).
• Provide support in home and community settings to promote independence.
