Job summary

New Horizons is seeking an In-Home Support employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals. In-Home Support employees may help with household tasks (meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, decorating), personal needs (grooming or eating), or community activities in Batesville.

This full-time 3rd shift position offers benefits including Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and a 401(k) with company match after 1 year.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Complete required training including First Aid/CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach individual goals.
• Help clients with household management tasks (meal preparation, laundry, cleaning, decorating).
• Provide support with personal needs such as grooming or eating as required.
• Support participation in events, hobbies, and recreational activities.
