Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Starting pay is $18 per hour. We pay more for direct experience.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in both in-home and community settings.
• Assist individuals in achieving their goals and developing daily living skills.
• Remain professional by entering the homes of those we support.
