Job summary

Hands of Heartland seeks compassionate individuals to join as Supported Services Professionals. In this in-home role, you’ll assist people with developmental disabilities, support daily living activities, and help them reach meaningful goals in home and community settings.

We offer part-time hours (approximately 8–18 per week) with shifts after school, and a company vehicle is available for commuting from Ord to Greeley.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Starting pay is $18 per hour; higher compensation for direct experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Supported Services Professional, you’ll work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in both in-home and community settings. You’ll support individuals in achieving their goals and living meaningful lives by assisting with daily living activities and skill development. Professionalism is essential, as you’ll be entering the homes of those we support.

Hours

We are looking for someone who is available to work late afternoon into early evening hours, with shifts beginning after school dismissal. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 8–18 hours per week. Flexibility with hours is not required but is preferred, as the schedule may vary based on the individual’s needs.
