Job summary

Hands of Heartland seeks compassionate individuals to join as Supported Services Professionals. In this in-home role, you’ll assist people with developmental disabilities, support daily living activities, and help them reach meaningful goals in home and community settings.

We offer part-time hours (approximately 8–18 per week) with shifts after school, and a company vehicle is available for commuting from Ord to Greeley.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Starting pay is $18 per hour; higher compensation for direct experience.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in achieving daily living goals and skill development in in-home and community settings.
• Enter homes to provide compassionate, professional care and documentation.
• Assist with daily living activities and empower independence.
