Job summary

VNA Health Group in New Jersey is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech and language therapy evaluations and treatments across Hudson County. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to develop individualized plans that improve communication outcomes and quality of life.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, current NJ license with CCC-SLP, and 2–3 years of clinical, community-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current NJ license and CCC‑SLP certification.
• 2–3 years of clinical, community-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients for speech and language therapy needs.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide in‑home speech therapy services to support recovery and communication outcomes.
• Document patient progress and update care plans as necessary.
• Identify patient and family education needs and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Ensure high‑quality, safe, and appropriate care delivery in accordance with agency protocols.
