Job summary

VNA Health Group seeks a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech-language therapy across Burlington County. You will assess patients, develop collaborative care plans with physicians, and deliver individualized treatments to improve communication outcomes for clients in their homes and community settings.

The role requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, a current NJ license with CCC-SLP, and 2–3 years of clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current NJ license and CCC-SLP certification.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience; community-based experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients for speech and language therapy needs.
• Develop and implement care plans with physicians.
• Provide in-home speech therapy to support recovery and communication outcomes.
• Document patient progress and update care plans as necessary.
• Identify education needs and deliver effective teaching to patients and families.

VNA Health Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist in Burlington County to provide speech and language therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in their homes or alternate community settings throughout Burlington County. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other care team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

What You Will Do:

What You Will Need:

Working Conditions/Physical Demand:

• Home/community-based role with regular driving required
• Tasks include lifting, sitting, walking, documentation via tablet, and use of phone
• Indoor and outdoor patient visits based on care needs
