Job summary

The VNA Health Group is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home speech and language evaluations and therapy across Hudson and Essex counties in New Jersey. You will collaborate with physicians and care teams to design patient-centered treatment plans that support communication, feeding, and overall quality of life.

• 2–3 years of clinical experience; community-based experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong computer proficiency; valid NJ driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients for speech and language therapy needs.
• Develop and implement appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide in-home speech therapy services to support recovery and communication outcomes.
• Document patient progress and update care plans as necessary.
• Identify patient and family education needs and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate care delivery in accordance with agency protocols.

VNA Health Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist servicing in Hudson County and Essex County to provide speech and language therapy evaluations and treatments for patients in their homes or alternate community settings throughout Essex County and Hudson County. In this role, you will work collaboratively with physicians and other care team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

This position is offering a $2,500 sign-on bonus

Working Conditions/Physical Demand:

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $84,000 to USD $112,000 When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
