Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide in-home evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary team to improve communication, safety, independence and quality of life through personalized care.

The role requires an active state license, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• Current CCC-SLP certification with accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC systems for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Other duties as assigned.
