Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver in-home evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with patients, families, caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to enhance communication, safety and quality of life in a home-based setting.

The role requires an active state license in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP certification, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• License to practice speech pathology in assigned state (unencumbered).
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) with accredited program training.
• CPR certification.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home evaluation and treatment for speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Partner with patients, families, caregivers and interdisciplinary team to improve communication, safety, independence and quality of life.
• Other duties as assigned.
