UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Per Diem Speech Pathologist to deliver in-home evaluation and treatment of speech, language, cognition, voice and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with patients, families, caregivers, and a multidisciplinary team to improve communication and quality of life.

Requirements include state licensure, CCC-SLP, CPR, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifikationen

• Current, unencumbered state license to practice speech pathology.
• CCC-SLP certification from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC support for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
