Job summary

Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in applicable state.
  • Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology services to older adults in-home or in senior living settings.
  • Deliver therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.
  • Document sessions within the EMR system per regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
  • Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
