Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its SLP team in Bexley, OH, seeking licensed Speech Language Pathologists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private homes or Senior Living Communities. Build treatment plans, run evidence-based sessions, and document in FOX’s EMR while maintaining autonomy and flexible scheduling.

The role supports in-home and community settings, with optional telehealth to improve access and continuity of care, enabling meaningful patient outcomes and strong clinician

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
