Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Bluffton, SC seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private homes or senior living communities. You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based therapy, documenting in FOX’s EMR and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in line with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
