Job summary

Belle is hiring Community Health Workers to provide in-home foot care for seniors, using licensure to make a real impact in patients' safety and independence. The role involves travel within your local region, weekday hours typically 9:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with occasional evenings and weekends. You’ll follow Belle protocols to ensure hygienic service, complete foot assessments in Belle’s mobile app, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and help educate members on foot health.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid licensure as Nail Technician or equivalent per location.
• Cannot be debarred from Medicare/Medicaid or federal programs.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance required.
• Reliable transportation required and ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Pass credential checks including background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior therapeutic foot care prioritizing lower-extremity health and safety.
• Adhere to Belle protocols to ensure hygienic service and reduce infection risk.
• Perform foot assessments using Belle's mobile app during each visit.
• Build rapport with members; promote foot health education.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and coordinate with the administrative team.
• Ensure punctuality and travel to local regions; report travel mileage.
• Engage in Belle-provided continuing education opportunities.
• Assist with booking future appointments before leaving the visit.
• Operate within the Community Health Worker scope.
