Job summary

Belle seeks compassionate Community Health Workers to provide in-home foot care for seniors, documenting assessments via the Belle app and coordinating with remote nurses. Roles offered as full-time or part-time, typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with travel within the local region and occasional evenings or weekends.

You will build trust, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and follow Belle protocols to ensure safe, hygienic services.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid licensure as Nail Technician (varies by location).
• Background checks and drug screening required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in senior foot health and safety.
• Follow Belle protocols to ensure hygienic service.
• Document assessments in the Belle mobile app.
• Build rapport with members and provide foot care education.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant member records and coordinate with Belle's team.
• Ensure punctuality for appointments and maintain vehicle eligibility.
• Engage in Belle-provided continuing education opportunities.
• Promote future appointments before ending the visit.
• Operate within the Community Health Worker scope.
