Job summary

ComForCare Home Health Care - Danbury is hiring in-home caregivers to support seniors and adults in their homes. You will provide companionship, personal support, and assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and safe.

No prior experience required; training provided. Must have reliable transportation and excellent communication. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required; training is provided.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate bedside manner.
• Must have reliable transportation to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Helping clients safely transfer and ambulate
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation
• Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable)
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team
