Qualifications

• Experience is not necessary; willingness to learn.
• We welcome Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, or CNAs.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates may be required to complete a background check, as per CT regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Helping clients safely transfer and ambulate.
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and conversation.
• Transportation to appointments and errands (when applicable).
• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to the care team.
