ComForCare Home Care in Ridgefield, CT is hiring in-home caregivers. We provide the training, guidance, and support you need to succeed.

If you have a compassionate heart, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others maintain safety, comfort, and independence at home, we’d love to hear from you! You’ll assist seniors and adults to stay independent at home, perform daily tasks, monitor well-being, and report changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Experience is not necessary; willingness to learn.
• Open to Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, or Certified Nursing Assistants.
• Reliable transportation for client visits.
• Background check may be required per CT/state laws.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Reliable with punctuality and professionalism.
• Lift up to 25–50 lbs and assist with transfers.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Helping clients transfer and ambulate safely.
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and conversation.
• Transportation to appointments and errands when needed.
• Monitor well-being and report changes to the care team.
