Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a dedicated Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors in their homes. You’ll help with daily activities, safety, and quality of life, while following individualized care plans and maintaining compassionate, respectful interactions.

The role offers flexible scheduling with both full-time and part-time positions, ongoing training, and biweekly pay (weekly pay coming soon).

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, dependability, and a caring attitude are essential.
• Caregiving experience is welcome but not required.
• Applicants must be 18+ and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe home.
• Support mobility and fall prevention.
• Assist with shopping, medication pickups, and errands.
• Prepare simple, nutritious meals and encourage hydration.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients.
