Job summary

RCM Health Care Services seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home, school-based OT for one student in West Chester, PA 19380 during the school year. Sessions are 60 minutes weekly plus 60-minute consults monthly, with indirect time and mileage reimbursed.

Preference given to candidates who can see the student during school hours or right after school. The role is in-person at the student's home, collaborating with IEP teams to support participation in school activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with pediatric or school-aged students, preferably in emotional support or behavioral settings.
• Knowledge of sensory processing, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed practices.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations to assess sensory, motor, functional, and self-regulation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student's IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, school psychologists, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Recommend sensory strategies, environmental modifications, adaptive equipment, and classroom accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with federal and state regulations.
