Job summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide in-home, school-based therapy for a single student in Easton, PA 18045. Sessions are 60 minutes, 1x per week during the school year, with preference for hours during school or immediately after.

You will assess needs, develop plan, and collaborate with the educational team to support mobility and participation in school activities. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy and an active Pennsylvania

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy required.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Clearances: PA Child Abuse, PA State Police, FBI fingerprint.
• Experience with pediatric students with significant needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct educationally relevant PT evaluations to identify barriers to school access.
• Develop measurable IEP goals and provide direct PT services focused on mobility.
• Fit and train staff on adaptive equipment (wheelchairs, gait trainers, standers).
• Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, families on transfers and mobility.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports per IDEA and state regs.
