Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home PT services for one student in West Chester, PA 19380. The PT will perform specialized evaluations, direct therapy, and collaborate with educational teams to promote mobility and participation in school activities.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance, Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check, and FBI Fingerprint Clearance.
• Experience working with pediatric students with severe physical, neurological, and multiple disabilities.
• Knowledge of IDEA regulations, IEP development, and school-based documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct educationally relevant physical therapy evaluations to identify barriers impacting student access to the school environment and curriculum.
• Develop measurable IEP goals and provide direct physical therapy services focused on functional mobility, positioning, and participation in educational activities.
• Assess, fit, and train staff on adaptive equipment including wheelchairs, gait trainers, standers, and specialized seating systems.
• Consult with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families regarding safe transfers, positioning, mobility, and classroom accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, progress reports, and re-evaluations in compliance with IDEA and Pennsylvania state regulations.

RCM Health Care is looking for a PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) to provide services to 1 student who resides in zip code 19380. Services will need to be in the home. We are looking for someone to start right away, providing 30min sessions, 1 time per week + 30 minute consults monthly,during the school year. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO CANDIATES WHO CAN SEE STUDENT DURING SCHOOL HOURS OR IMMEDIATELY AFTER SCHOOL.

Location – West Chester, PA 19380 (in home)

Hours: IN PERSON, 60 minute session 1 x per week + 30 minute consults per month + indirect/documentation time paid + round trip mileage

Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist you will provide in-person PT services to 1 student in their home in West Chester, PA. You will provide specialized evaluations, direct therapy services, and consultation to support students with significant physical, neurological, and multiple disabilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams to develop and implement individualized services that promote student access to the educational environment and support participation in school-based activities. Requirements

Education
