Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in Silverdale, WA, home and school settings. The role supports a 4-year-old client with 20 hours/week, M-F 8-12, in-person.

Compensation is $25.00–$28.00 per hour, with potential for hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows. Requirements include an active WA CBT certification, high school diploma, ABA experience, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client's location.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the clients home and/or school.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
