Role Overview

Closet Factory, a 40-year leader in custom home storage solutions, is looking for design-minded employees who understand how transforming a space can genuinely change how people live. As a designer, you will work with our passionate local team, convert leads into appointments, and present compelling, custom closet and home organization solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and install custom closets, home offices, garages, pantries and more. Turn the chaos of each client's home into an organized work of art. Host appointments in clients' homes 4 times per week and manage the complete sales cycle from discovery to installation.

Schedule & Territory

Your territory is the entire city of Houston. You must be available to host 4 appointments per week, including evenings and Saturdays. A one-week paid training program will kick off the role.

Compensation

• Uncapped commission plus monthly and annual performance bonuses
