Job summary

Asurion is seeking part-time In-Home Sales & Tech Support representatives in Seattle. This role requires daily travel to customer homes in a field-based capacity, working five evenings a week.

Pay is $26.80 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement and phone stipend. Responsibilities include diagnosing tech issues, providing service, and selling products based on customer needs.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a comfortable presence in sales environments.

Qualifications

About the Role

In-Home Sales & Tech Support. Local in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences. Not remote.

Part‑time schedule: five evenings per week, 4:05pm–8:00pm.

Pay: $26.80 per hour plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in their homes or offices using the Serve‑Solve‑Sell approach.
• Provide excellent customer service, prioritizing customer needs.
• Diagnose and resolve customers’ tech issues.
• Identify customer needs and sell products through effective negotiation and communication.
• Apply training and ongoing coaching to work independently.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with targets.
• Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, at least one year driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan). Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented and persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded with passion for learning a wide range of skills.
