Qualifications

• Proven success in one-call-close in-home sales.
• High-ticket sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement, bathroom remodeling, roofing, HVAC, windows, solar, or related sales experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong objection-handling abilities.
• Comfortable discussing financing and payment options.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales system.
• Reliable transportation.
