Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative. Base salary plus sales commission and performance bonuses, with all leads provided and 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily. Expect uncapped earnings and a strong training program in a growth-focused environment.

Role involves meeting clients in their homes, delivering presentations, and documenting estimates. Training in Madison, WI is required for one-time session; W2 benefits included.

Qualifications

• Experience in In-Home or Outside Sales, or B2C sales is preferred.
• Must be self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and metrics.

About The Role

In this position, you will:

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
