Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners and provide expert product demonstrations. You will deliver accurate estimates, comprehensive documentation, and build lasting relationships to generate repeat business.

The role offers base salary plus commissions and bonus with all leads provided; training supports success. Evening and some Saturday appointments are expected, with opportunities across a broad home-improvement network.

Qualifications

• In-Home/Outside/B2C sales experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to meet and exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in homes and present our products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.

About The Role

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
