Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Wisconsin. You will meet clients in their homes, present our products, provide accurate estimates, and document details to ensure customer satisfaction.

Average reps earn $200k–$300k per year with uncapped commissions. Leads are provided; no cold-calling. W-2 with benefits, 401(k) with match, and comprehensive sales training are included.

Qualifications

• Evening and some Saturday appointments required (no Saturday evening shifts).
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Willingness to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes and demonstrate products and services.
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation.
• Build customer relationships to generate repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.

In this position, you will:

• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
