Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present our products, and close sales. You will receive 2–3 pre-qualified appointments daily with all leads provided, plus base salary, commission, and performance bonuses.

Role requires evening and Saturday availability and training in Madison, WI. Join a growing Midwest team backed by a national brand and earn uncapped commissions with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales or field sales is required or preferred.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Must be self-motivated with strong customer-facing skills.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
