Job summary

Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity Company, is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet homeowners in their homes, demonstrate products, present estimates, and close deals with exceptional service.

Base salary plus sales commissions and performance bonuses, with 2–3 pre-qualified appointments per day; all leads provided; W2 benefits, paid training in Madison, WI, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or B2C sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented.
• Willingness to attend one-time training in Madison, WI.

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients in their homes and present products.
• Provide timely presentations, estimates, and documentation.
• Generate repeat business through superior customer service.

About the Role

In this position, you will:

• Meet with potential clients in their homes, demonstrating our unique products and outstanding services
• Provide timely presentations, accurate estimates, and detailed documentation
• Become a professional expert, fulfilling all steps in providing customer service beyond expectations to generate repeat business

Key Qualifications

• Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments (No Saturday evening appointments)
• In-Home Sales, Outside Sales, or Business to Consumer Sales experience preferred
• Ability to meet and exceed goals
• Must be self-motivated and results oriented
• Ability to attend one-time training session in Madison, WI
