Job summary

Unique Designs & Construction is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners transform outdated bathrooms into beautiful, low-maintenance spaces. You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, present bath and shower solutions, and close the sale using our iPad-based sales system.

This is a commission-only W-2 position with unlimited earning potential. Earn 12% on company-provided leads or 15% on self-generated leads, with $125K–$200K+ annual

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in-home or home improvement sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident asking for the sale and closing.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Professional and personable, organized and disciplined.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present bath/shower solutions using our system.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and design solutions.
• Close sales and manage follow-up as needed.
• Attend weekly sales training.

About the Job

Unique Designs & Construction is looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners transform outdated bathrooms into beautiful, low-maintenance spaces.

You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, present our bath and shower solutions, and close the sale.

This is a commission-only W-2 sales position designed for someone who is self-motivated, confident and driven to earn.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners
• Conduct in-home sales presentations
• Design bath and shower solutions using our iPad-based sales system
• Present pricing and options
• Build personalized designs using our sales software
• Close sales
• Follow up with homeowners as needed
• Attend weekly sales training
• Generate your own leads for the higher commission rate

Compensation

• 12% of contract value on company-provided leads
• 15% of contract value on self-generated leads
• $125K–$200K+ potential annual earnings
• Unlimited earning potential

Your income is based on your performance. Strong producers have the opportunity to earn well above the stated range.

• Sales experience, preferably in-home or home improvement sales

• Comfortable using technology and presenting on an iPad
• Reliable and able to manage your own schedule

Home remodeling, roofing, windows, flooring, bath or other in-home sales experience is a strong plus.
