Job summary

Unique Designs & Construction is seeking an in-home sales representative to meet homeowners in their residences, understand their needs, present bath and shower solutions, and close the sale.

You’ll design personalized options using our iPad-based system, present pricing, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

This commission-only W-2 role offers 12% on company-provided leads, 15% on self-generated leads, and a realistic annual earnings range of $125K–$200K+, with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in-home or home improvement sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident and comfortable asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Professional and personable.
• Organized and disciplined.
• Comfortable using technology and presenting on an iPad.
• Reliable and able to manage your own schedule.
• Home remodeling, roofing, windows, flooring, bath or other in-home sales experience is a strong plus.

About The Job

Unique Designs & Construction is looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to help homeowners transform outdated bathrooms into beautiful, low-maintenance spaces.

You’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their needs, present our bath and shower solutions, and close the sale.

This is a commission-only W-2 sales position designed for someone who is self-motivated, confident and driven to earn.

What You’ll Do

Your income is based on your performance. Strong producers have the opportunity to earn well above the stated range.
