Job summary

Install America is seeking an energetic In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their own homes across a local territory. You'll use our proven sales process and technology to design customized bath remodeling solutions that fit each homeowner's vision and budget.

This is a true outside sales role with unlimited earning potential and a 100% commission structure. You will attend training, build relationships, present pricing and financing options, and close sales

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to customers and meet in homes with own transportation.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes

• Attend ongoing sales training and development meetings


• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills


• Previous in-home sales experience preferred


• Home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, or related sales experience is a plus


• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed


• Exceptional closing and negotiation skills


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license


• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
