Install America is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, presenting customized bath remodeling solutions and closing sales. This role offers unlimited earning potential through a 100% commission-based structure, with a flexible schedule in a local territory.

The successful candidate will use our proven sales process and technology to design and present options, pursue financing, and achieve monthly targets while benefiting from ongoing

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement sales experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and excellent closing/negotiation.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
