Keefe’s Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc is seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Service Technician in Harvey, LA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, educate customers on options, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of HVAC service experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Take-home trucks are available, and full-time year-round work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Your Role in Our Growing Team:

As Sr HVAC technician, you will diagnose and repair HVAC systems, or educate customers on the options available to them, while delivering extraordinary customer experience.

What Success Looks Like:

• Use your experience to educate our customers on their HVAC systems and offer solutions.
• Participate in continuing training to grow as a professional in HVAC careers.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Keep your truck clean and inventory up to date.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, your manager, and coordinators.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Be punctual for first calls and weekly service meetings.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.

You Bring to the Team:

• 5+ Years of HVAC Service experience. Ideal for experienced pros who are looking for year-round stability
• Valid Driver’s License and qualify to be covered by company auto insurance. We offer take home trucks so you can dispatch them from home.
