Job summary

A leading window and door solutions provider is seeking In-Home Sales Representatives to sell innovative Pella products. Successful candidates are expected to provide a world-class customer experience while executing scheduled appointments. This position requires a valid driver's license, the ability to lift sales tools, and offers competitive benefits including paid training and a vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and meet minimum insurance requirements.
• Ability to lift and carry Sales Tools that could weigh up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Represent and sell replacement Pella products and Gunton services to homeowners.
• Aggressively execute on all opportunities through effective time management skills.
• Execute scheduled in-home appointments assigned by Area Sales Manager.
• Develop and maintain solid team-based relationships with internal personnel.
• Visit and/or contact all jobs during and/or post installation.
• Continually update knowledge of Pella and competitor products.
• Exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies.

TERRITORY

We love when our Sales Reps live in the territory they sell. Each of our territories are centered around our showrooms which are located in the following areas:

• Erie, PA
• McMurray, PA
• Monroeville, PA
• State College, PA
• Warrendale, PA
• Morgantown, WV

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent and sell replacement Pella products and Gunton services to homeowners.
• Aggressively execute on all opportunities through effective time management skills and efficient use of contact management software.
• Execute scheduled in‑home appointments assigned by Area Sales Manager, which may include evenings and Saturdays.
• Develop and maintain solid team‑based relationships and communications with internal personnel.
• Visit and/or contact all jobs during and/or post installation to ensure a World Class Customer Experience.
• Continually update and leverage knowledge of Pella and competitor products.
• Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver’s License and meet minimum insurance requirements
• Ability to lift and carry Sales Tools that could weigh up to 50 pounds

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree
• Experience in Outside Sales
