Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. We specialize in premium bathroom remodeling solutions and provide homeowners with beautiful, durable, and low-maintenance bath transformations.

This is not a cold-calling position. We provide pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across Central Pennsylvania.
• Ability to build rapport and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Listen to goals and design bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Use iPad tools to present products and visualize options.
• Explain benefits, warranties and financing options.
• Prepare and present customized proposals and pricing.
• Guide customers to purchase and close sales.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience from consultation to project approval.

What You’ll Do

• Travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners.
• Listen to customers' goals and help design their ideal bathroom remodeling project.
• Use our cutting-edge iPad presentation system to showcase products and visualize project options.
• Educate homeowners on premium bath and shower solutions, product benefits, warranty coverage, and financing options.
• Prepare customized proposals and present pricing.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and confidently close sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project approval.
• Attend ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and stay current on products and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• In-home sales experience.
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, solar, or flooring sales experience.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.

Compensation

Our top-performing representatives earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually, with some earning even more through our uncapped commission structure.
