This is a full-time, 100% commission-based role with earning potential of $150,000–$200,000+ per year, supported by pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments. Flexible schedule and ongoing training are provided to help you succeed.

• Attend ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and stay current on products and industry trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-home sales experience.
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, solar, or flooring sales experience.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.

Compensation

Our top-performing representatives earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually, with some earning even more through our uncapped commission structure.
