Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking driven, customer-focused In-Home Sales Representatives to join our growing team. You will travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments, listen to homeowners’ goals, and present premium bathroom remodeling solutions using an iPad-based presentation system.

This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earnings potential of $150,000–$200,000+ per year. Flexible schedule and pre-qualified leads support your success.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-home sales experience.
• Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, siding, windows, HVAC, solar, or flooring sales experience.
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services.
• Proven ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.

Compensation

Our top-performing representatives earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually, with some earning even more through our uncapped commission structure.
