Anahita Administrator in Los Angeles area is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present bath remodeling solutions.

This outside sales role uses an iPad-based system to design layouts, present pricing, and close sales. Compensation ranges from $20–$30 per hour with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities within a supportive team.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position where you will use modern technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs and recommend bath remodeling solutions.
• Use company software to design and present personalized bath layouts.
• Provide clear pricing and close sales during consultations.
• Participate in weekly sales training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Experience with selling flooring a plus
• Experience in in-home sales is highly preferred.

Compensation

Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, plus uncapped commission.
