Luxury Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Alameda, CA. You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions, using our iPad-based design tools to create proposals and guide customers through the purchase.

This outside sales role offers paid training, pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and an uncapped commission structure with bonuses. Candidates should be customer-focused, with strong communication and closing skills.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs, style, and budget. Using our innovative iPad-based design and sales technology, you'll create beautiful bathroom designs, present product options, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

This is an outside sales position designed for ambitious, customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships and helping homeowners improve their homes.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use software
• Educate homeowners on our products, installation process, and financing options
• Prepare pricing proposals and confidently ask for the sale
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through contract

What We're Looking For

• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a significant advantage

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential.
