Anahita Administrator is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to meet pre-qualified homeowners in the Los Angeles area and present customized bath remodeling solutions. This outside sales role leverages our proprietary iPad-based system to design layouts and provide clear pricing.

You will travel locally, build relationships, and close sales through consultative presentations, with ongoing training and professional development offered by the company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to conduct in-home sales and present remodeling solutions.
• Experience in selling flooring is a plus.
• Experience in in-home sales is highly preferred.
• Background in home remodeling or home improvement is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position where you will use modern technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs and recommend bath remodeling solutions.
• Use company software to design and present personalized bath layouts.
• Provide clear pricing and close sales during consultations.
• Participate in weekly sales training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

Compensation

Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, plus uncapped commission.

Estimated annual earnings vary based on hours worked and sales performance. Top performers have the opportunity to earn significantly more through uncapped commissions.
